My architecture peak was when I made a tiny river run through a house in Sims 2. This is next level shit. Also probs for using less plastic and using the opportunity to briefly talk about it!
I've been a Sims fan since forever. But I never wanted to play Sims 4.. Seems like a lot of money, for something I've seen before.. But this convinced me! If not for the gameplay, then at least for the architecture part of the game!
Ikr if I tell my parents go buy me this game because I want to be an architect they will.. But they won't buy me it if they find out the price. 😂..although when I become 19-20 I will buy it myself.. But now I am 13 soo
My advice would be to just be good i.e. do your homework maybe help around the house a little and I'm sure they'll get it for you. Honestly it's not even that expensive if you only want the basegame..
What a wonderful build! It's gorgeous! I would use metal straws but they're quite dangerous for me(I have hurt the roof of my mouth with them). There's times when I barely can get out of bed and need to drink something and metal can't bend. I can't use glass either cause if that breaks.. aotch. Silicon gets too hot with warm liquid. I've tried all different kinds, so plastic is unfortunately the only alternative for me. On the other hand, I always put my plastic straws in the dishwasher and reuse them instead of throwing them away. So that brings less waste I guess. I've never really understood why everyone _only_ focus on plastic straws though. Plastic straws are something people with certain disabilities _need_ to survive and there's so much more wasteful things that are so much more harmful, but no one puts light on that. We all can do better in putting out less waste but that includes _all_ waste, not just plastic straws.

They’re not reusable and not washable so for me they bring more waste than plastic straws since I reuse my plastic straws. I don’t see anything wrong with plastic straws as long as you don’t throw them away all the time, just like other waste. They’re reusable, so why not reuse them? 🙂

There's so much useless plastic wrappings we don't have any influence on, so sanctionating companies would make much more sense (aswell as fishing companies of course). I use reusable hard plastic straws (yeah, you've probably also tried them), they're more durable wider and thus easier to clean. They are straight though, and don't bend, so that might be a problem :/

Plastic straws only make up 0.02% of all plastic waste in the ocean. The majority of it is fishing equipment left behind by corporations that are not required to label them. A true environmentalist is anti-capitalist. Never blame yourself as a consumer (same as rich countries blaming poor countries for their problems). Hope you see this because it’s a huge misconception!
Although I think that plastic straws are still a huge problem because of the fish (especially turtles) are getting them stuck in their noses or mouths. Any plastic is a huge problem so I think that not only do we have to get rid of straws and fishing equipment but we need to get rid of every other kind of plastic too

And I agree with you on your pet peeve, it might not matter to people that spend more time in live mode, but it's really off putting to see a light fixture hanging from nowhere.
This is a definitely a beautiful, quirky original build and I love it! You have created a lot of builds that are unique and I’m struggling to find a favourite. I love the “Googie” style, the Havana Hacienda, Shaka Brah Beach Bar, Capp Castle, Wadderson Manor, Olympic Stadium, Alexander Palace, Parisian Apartments, The Train Station, Habsburg Tavern and many of the wedding venues, churches and clubs you have produced. I simply cannot choose a favourite. Knowing you, you will continue to make awesome builds as long as you have a the sims and you can maintain your creativeness. You have a brilliant mind and an eye for beautiful architecture. BTW, i too think the environment needs a lot of love from us. We have so much natural beauty and yet the majority of us are too caught up in our own lives that we forget what impact we are having on the world. I love underwater houses! I built one with floor-to-ceiling windows and the lawn was on the roof with a ladder so my sims could jump in and swim! It was so awesome.

Fellow filipino din ako, and whenever I visit (esp pag nakita ko ang Manila bay) my heart just breaks every time... but it’s great that ppl like u have educated themselves abt how fragile the philippine ecosystem is and have adopted conservational efforts into their lifestyle :-) no matter how miniscule the changes u make are, they will collectively make a huge difference 😉
Hey amazing building i love the look of the roofs I recently heard on the news about how damaging are plastic straws. It is kind of stupid but i tought it was not so bad if they could be recycled, but it is awful the huge amount of them that end around the beach and sea. I know there are alternatives but yet not many places have them, so still lots of minds to change!

Fellow filipino din ako, and whenever I visit (esp pag nakita ko ang Manila bay) my heart just breaks every time... but it’s great that ppl like u have educated themselves abt how fragile the philippine ecosystem is and have adopted conservational efforts into their lifestyle :-) no matter how miniscule the changes u make are, they will collectively make a huge difference 😉
Hey amazing building i love the look of the roofs
I recently heard on the news about how damaging are plastic straws. It is kind of stupid but i tought it was not so bad if they could be recycled, but it is awful the huge amount of them that end around the beach and sea. I know there are alternatives but yet not many places have them, so still lots of minds to change!
I guess I'm lucky because there's literally a place across the street from where I live that sells metal straws..

Pinoy here, too, who recently got the sims 4! I think I've been living under a rock because I didn't know who he was until now. His builds are so unique and creative. Instant Sub! Him being our kababayan is a bonus! :D

This video earned you a subscriber! I just started playing Sims 4 in my ps4 and I came across this video of yours looking on how to build houses. I don’t know much anything but to build simple houses with basic things. And I’m so amaze that a fellow kababayan makes wonderful houses in sims 4. I’m kinda proud that you incorporate this build to our country’s coral reefs. Feels like I’m a part of this even if I’m not. Hehe. a bit late but no I don't think he shares all the cc because it would take too long, I don't know much about cc but I think it takes a while to share it all so he probably just gives you the maxis base house to add your own cc

ctrl [ to decrease and ctrl ] to increase size. The corals are plants that came with Get to Work and Romantic Garden
